Um hotel bastante central com preço justo. Gostei bastante do quarto empresarial para uma pessoa. Tinha até sacada e muito silencioso apesar de estar de frente para uma avenida muito movimentada. Bastante próximo da maior estação de trens, metro, ônibus , de Viena. Muitos restaurantes e cafés vc em volta. Super Recomendo! Um hotel considerado antigo mas bastante funcional. Uma ducha maravilhosa.

I can only give 6 out of ten on this occasion.
Firstly, the room was on the 7th floor and only 1 lift was working most of the time. It doesn't help when the cleaners were hogging the lift. Not good for a 60 plus couple.
The pillows were too soft. The type that your head bury's into. And the room was so damned stuffy. The heating was not on but I was forced to open the double doors to the balcony every night. This was in December!
The bathroom/shower was good except for when you climbed in, you are stepping on the curved corner of the bath, even allowing for the shower glass door opened up.
The cleaners didn't vaccum at all when we requested a clean. Only the bed was made & the bins.emptied.
On our first day out, we just stepped out from the hotel entrance and stopped to check our phone map when out of nowhere a disposable lighter dropped just 2 feet from where I was standing. I looked up to see 2 x young men dressed in black polo shirts sitting on a balcony from the direction the lighter came from. I looked up with discussed. They ignored me. I thought they were guests but I later found out they were the cleaners this hotel employed! I didn't report this at the time but had I had known they were cleaners, I would have.
This is totally unacceptable, Garner Hotels! I will NOT stay at your hotels again!

Friendly and welcoming service from the receptionists and housekeeping staff.
Roomcondition was not the best and needs an upgrade. Bed was very comfertable with crisp clean sheets and four pillows.
Good breakfast.
This is a standard hotel with no extravagant feeling or experience, but it is great value for money and very close to the Wien central station.
If you expect bathrobes, minibar and roomservice this is not the place for you, but for a quick stay in a comfy bed and with a tasty breakfast it is absolutely ok.

Cuando reservé vi que era estilo colonial pero era un hotel 4 estrellas donde imaginé que la experiencia sería increíble y todo lo contrario. Lavamanos que perdían agua, calefacción que no podías controlar. Frío por los burletes de las antiguas ventanas, nevera que no funcionaba y toallero de agua caliente que tampoco funcionaba. Los muebles están con falta de cuidado y muy deteriorado. Avisamos en recepción sobre la nevera porque viajaba con mi hija para poder conservar su comida y la recomendación fue que la dejé del lado de afuera de la ventana porque estaba frío. Cuando abrí la ventana se cayó encima porque la bisagra estaba rota. Está muy lejos de ser un hotel 4 estrellas. Cuando nos fuimos avisamos de esto y no les importó. Solo agradecieron que se lo digamos. Como cliente nunca me sentí acompañado o que ellos se preocuparan por mejorar la calidad de su servicio lo cual una mala experiencia y sin duda no iría ni recomendaría ese lugar.
