DO NOT STAY HERE, INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! Upon arrival, it took 25 mins of loudly calling out until someone arrived at the front desk. I told them I had been calling for 25 mins, to which they told me they were just there a couple minutes ago. Whatever, I let it slide. I go to the room, it’s ok, seems a little dirty with crumbs on the floor. The first night was fine, however I woke up halfway through my second (of 4) nights very itchy and discovered my face, neck, arms and legs covered in bed bug bites! I seemed to have an allergic reaction too and was very swollen/puffy, not great since I was in town for a couple of presentations and meetings. I attempted to upload photos of the bites but hotels.com does not allow this. Even though I had two nights remaining on the reservation, I left. No one was at the desk when I left, so I returned that afternoon to voice my displeasure with the situation. Again I had to call out for about 10 mins before anyone showed up. The manager was apologetic and acknowledged knowing about their bed bug problem (why this wasn’t disclosed beforehand I do not know!). They explained I had to contact hotels.com to have them contact the hotel for a cancellation of the last 2 nights and a reimbursement for the previous night with bed bugs. Hotels.com has attempted to contact them over the last 6 days without the hotel answering/responding to them. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.
