The room was a legit suite with a separate room and door. The room was clean and had what I needed. They had green tea all day and night with hot water. The breakfast as a vegan was very good bagels, fresh fruit. The location of the breakfast was an amazing upper floor with a nice view of the harbor. The location is a close walk to the harbor. The staff was very good. The only thing that someone may have an issue with is the hall carpet needed cleaning.

Air conditioning did not work i was there two days and it was miserable sleeping ! Was told maintenance was working on it! Only one side of the elevator worked ! Wasn’t able to get extra wash clothes and towels said I had to be there for awhile and was told this not a five hotel ! Fridge was leaking ! Toilet seat was loose ! Tub would stop up while talking a shower ! Room was located next to a crack alley could barely sleep ! This was one the worst experience I had at any hotel in my life!
