Very decent hotel. A bit far from the train station and similar to many other hotels staff is a minimum but no complaints.

Great space for family of four. One king and two twins plus a little sitting area and a kitchenette. Very walkable location - we walked to the Sapporo station with backpacks in just under 30 min. Staff at desk were friendly and the are felt very safe. Easy walk to all the great shops and restaurants in Sapporo. I would say a large room for Japan hotels

Be prepared to rent your futons
It was a complete shock to learn that we had to "rent" futons. It was sold as a two bedroom unit but the futon room had an extra charge to use the bedding. And they asked to call and seek permission to set it up which we weren't going to do while we're trying to get a toddler down for a nap.
Cleanliness was mediocre. Hair in bathtub, dirt under beds.
Limited kitchen facilities.
Parking wasn't included (we were notified in booking) so that took some time.
Excellent location and room size.
Spacious room, large TV, luxurious both facilities

Really great stay here, spacious room, great amenities, close to the shops short walk to Sapporo factory. Also just down the road from Ramen alley and an onsen a couple of buildings away. Lawson and 7/11 nearby, building was very warm, we stayed when it was snowing and -8 deg outside, but perfectly warm inside.
Overall a great stay, recommended for families!

Very dated poor quality hotel , go somewhere else
We had a very bad impression of the hotel from the first minute of arriving. We arrived arrived 1300 and we're told our room was ready but would have to pay 4000 yen per half an hour for early check. This was considering we had our baby daughter with us an insult and no compassion was given.
Once finally in the room we found a tired looking room with a horrible brown carpet which looked soulless. To heat the room you had to use the AC unit which was super loud and also gave as all headaches. You also had to keep it on all day or you would freeze to death.
Overall we are unsure why this hotel had the positive reviews and maybe these are fake?
