Well the pipe busted and we didn't have water for hours then my fiancee fell on a sheet of ice at the bottom of the staircase from our room and he complained to front desk about it he completely ignored him and he broke his phone and hurt himself pretty bad. Well he went to speak to the manager about it and she had him fill out and accident report but was very rude and basically didn't want to be bothered

Room was clean…just damages all around. Person renting upstairs was loud..kids running constantly…I could hear everything. Didn’t get much rest. No breakfast during the week. I won’t stay there again.

The staff was very helpful — when my air conditioner wasn’t working, they immediately offered me another room, which was just as comfortable. The place is clean, quiet, and convenient, and it’s great that laundry facilities are available too. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the assistance and hospitality.

Website lists breakfast as an amenity, but it was only offered on weekends.

Rooms very dated and didnt feel overly clean. Bathroom door hindge loose so door had to be lifted to close. Kitchen area felt sticky.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Advertise breakfast, there was nothing but cold cereals. I don't like the TV. Unable to watch live games. Overall the room need to be updated .

I was going to the Cincy Open. 15 minute drive to get the tournament site. I would stay there again when I volunteer.
