"Overall, the hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the location of our room, which faced a public park.
There were many homeless individuals in the park, and throughout the day and night there was frequent loud talking, shouting, and other noise disturbances. Due to the activity in the area, police vehicles were often present, and sirens could regularly be heard, especially during the evening and overnight hours.
Another concern was the lack of sound insulation in the room. The windows and door did not block outside noise effectively, making it easy to hear conversations, traffic, and other disturbances from outside. This made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.
The hotel itself was good, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the park if possible. Improved soundproofing would also greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, a pleasant hotel with a location-related noise issue that affected our stay."
