The property is in bad shape no management or maintenance staff available for 4 or 5 days on most days breakfast items were not available no phones in rooms TV in the bedroom had no service no maintenance staff available at all to fix items and disrepair sink was clogged the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Nice location, had a Mountain View room. Room was okay, there was some trash left above the mini fridge, curtains were very stained. Pet deposit amount was different than what was listed in description and did not mention that it was non refundable.

I liked the price, the bed was very comfortable. And the room was clean, the issues i had was the continental breakfast was without many key items like butter, cream cheese, eggs, bacon, it was a drag. All and all if you are passing thru the Beautiful Colorado Springs in need of a room for cheap it is perfect the staff where nice.
