Highlights from my stay: the room was clean and spacious I’d recommend the King balcony suite for solo or couple travelers, complimentary guests passes to Equinox are such a great perk, the restaurant Casa Medrano is fantastic and has a great happy hour at the bar the service there is incredible, great ambiance - plus the food and drinks are excellent.

Big negative: We were told we had 2 joining rooms and that was a big reason to book at your hotel. We were sent pictures of the doors and how they connected. Then when we arrived those rooms were given away! Our rooms were far apart and one was busy place opposite the elevators. Positive: staff was friendly and rooms were good.
