Dirty room
The bed was great. But the TV didnt work, our toilet didn't work and the floors were absolutely dirty. The front desk people were absolutely excellent!! But for the price and the experience we wont ever stay again. They seem more worried about noise then cleanliness of their rooms.

Great Staff Poor Cleaning Poor Beds
The staff was amazing. The restaurant food and cocktails exquisite. The bathroom was dirty with black mold. The mattress was very poor quality. You could hear the mattresses crack every time you laid in bed. The power outlet was clogged. Very convenient location and ATM machine.

Not a big fan of the LVT flooring. Room felt cold, even though the heat was on. Comfy bed and all, but just never got 'there'.

Decent hotel
All of the employees were great and extremely friendly. Julio was our waiter in the restaurant and he was awesome.
The hotel itself is pretty nice and our room was clean on the surface. But when you looked a little closer you could tell the room had been cleaned only where it looked dirty. There was a lot of dust in the corners.
The beds weren’t very comfortable and the shower was horrible. The shower head would not stay in place and just kept falling off.
I was happy there was free parking because in the downtown area parking is a pain for sure.
Overall the hotel was ok but I’d probably stay somewhere else in the future if the condition doesn’t improve.
The only thing that made me rate it so high was the exceptional service from the employees.

Radisson is Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the 15th floor. Nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. Room was roomy & beds were comfortable. Room has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a safe. Hotel has free parking in a covered garage. We will definitely book a room here the next time we visit Salt Lake City.
