The staff was fine. The Red Roof Inn was AWFUL! Do Not stay there! The location is in a very distressed area. Not safe. The room was terrible, not clean, old stained furniture. We checked-in, went to the room and were disgusted. The bathroom floors were dirty and stained. the faucet was about to come off. The electrical sockets were falling out of the walls. I took my dog out to pee/poop, there was dog crap all over the back area, awful. We had an event to go to, can back and left the hotel, did not stay. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.
This place should be condemned and torn down! We ended driving 3 1/2 hours at night to our home. Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn! A waste of our money. I think Hotels.com should refund us!!!!!!!
