The hotel was fine, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The virtual check in was awful but the lady that saved me from the virtual check in was very nice and made check in pleasant. As far as amenities, it's coffee and vending machines but the coffee was good.

We were provided with no towels and no shampoo. There was no coffee maker in the room. The shower valve leaked badly. There was no desk agent most of the time. They had this weird video kiosk connected to a person in India.

Room was very dusty ands human and pet hair in all corners of room. Man clearly unwell and on a substance with no shoes occupied the stairs in the corridor outside the lobby. The noise in the hallways kept myself and others sleeping.
