Staff is really graceious, friendly and helpful. I brought my dog and found that they provided a lot as well to help dog owners feel welcome. The only thing I could add is that you have to use QR codes to look at the bar menu and provide tips to staff.

Probably my favorite hotel in Portland. Close to the food truck alley and shopping. Staff are amazing! I came down for my daughter’s soccer games and left my Kindle in the room. The front desk gentleman was amazing enough to mail it back home to me with a few cookies! We will always be back!

Every detail was meticulously thought out and the customer service is 5 stars. Love, love, love how pet friendly it is and they even offer (for a small
fee) a stuffed dog named Dash for your pets which was waiting for us in our room when we checked in. They also provide you with a branded water bottle and have a water refill station in the lobby. Nice touch! Will be back soon.
