Staff is really graceious, friendly and helpful. I brought my dog and found that they provided a lot as well to help dog owners feel welcome. The only thing I could add is that you have to use QR codes to look at the bar menu and provide tips to staff.

The hotel was very busy due to a foot race that weekend but they gave us extra free drink coupons because of the need to wait for our room to be ready.
The waterfront view room is very spacious, and the view is very nice, but it was a hot room.

Their motto is "We aren't just dog friendly, we are dog obsessed!" and they truly are. The welcome mat is spread out for dogs, including soft beds, bowls for food, snacks, and staff going out of their way to help.
For people: The beds are comfy and we had a great view of the river.
My only wish would be to include microwaves in rooms.
We will definitely stay here again.

Probably my favorite hotel in Portland. Close to the food truck alley and shopping. Staff are amazing! I came down for my daughter’s soccer games and left my Kindle in the room. The front desk gentleman was amazing enough to mail it back home to me with a few cookies! We will always be back!
