This was a really nice, laid back stay. I would definitely come here again. It’s close to the airport as well as other sights to see. Not too far from many things, like the volcano, hiking, geothermal pools, historic sites, etc. There isn’t much going on in town this is in, but that’s okay! It’s peaceful and beautiful.

Very clean place that's convenient for an early morning flight out of the Keflavik Airport (though driving distance). All necessary amenities provided. Shared bathroom is in a different cottage. A little chilly to get from our cottage to the restroom but takes 30 seconds so not too bad. All facilities, including restroom and kitchen, are very clean and well-stocked as well. Easy to find even in the night, and ample parking.

Nice modern accommodation, very close to the airport. Car is required to access restaurants, shopping etc. But there is a common kitchen area that could be used for meal preparation. We did not receive a welcome e-mail about self checkin/checkout but problem was promptly resolved with a phone call.
