Not up to par.
Our room was ok since we were only there for 2 nights. However our HVAC unit sounded like a tea kettle when the AC kicked on. At night I switched to heat and the heater smelled so bad I had to turn it off for the night. Maintenance replaced the unit the next day. I always wonder whose idea it is to let loose a 2 year old with a caulking gun to caulk the bathrooms!!! The pool, kids pool and the spa outside were old and we wouldn’t go in them, the water may have been ok but appeared dirty due to the poor condition of the pools in general. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Overall I would have been pretty upset if I was a younger man with a family staying there.

Awful experience
We got a refund and left within the first hour. This hotel was run down and smelled bad. The 2nd pane of glass was completely broken so we could feel and hear the wind. The beds were the worse I've ever sat on (didn't even want to lay on them). The whole place was dark, dingy and smelled musty. They had a water line break so there was no water. I understand this isn't something they can control but the front desk lady was rude and had zero personality. She didn't tell us about the line until after we checked in. I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if it was free.

stay away!!! the reviews certainly were wrong, many people i spoke to also asked hwat the heck people were reviewing. This place is very run down and dirty. Most of the amenities are out of order. You get what you pay for.
