Dreadful customer service
Customer service is appalling. We booked dinner bed and breakfast. When we arrived we were told dinner was not included as it was not showing on the system. The 2 members of staff were not at all equipped to deal with the situation. We were asked to prove what we were claiming which is fair and we did. But they still didn't want to honour it saying it's not their problem that it's not on their system. They told us we had to take it up with Expedia because that's who we had paid and their system didn't have record of dinner being paid for. Even though we have a receipt proving it. Eventually after totally humiliating myself and my husband and making me cry, in a busy reception area (this was a rare respite break from our neuro divergent children) they did allow us to have the dinner we had pre-paid for. To be honest if we'd known what to expect for dinner we wouldn't have bothered. It was basic and served warm rather than hot. The whole experience was just awful and spoilt what should've been a really lovely night away.
