At checkout, man at front desk tried to say previous clerk said to give him 100 pesos (apparent scam, we had already paid total with credit card).

I think the only good thing is the location. The area seemed to be pretty safe and quiet. Although you could hear people talking or using their phones (watching/playing videos/songs in the hotel). The bathroom was not properly cleaned. They invite you to use the kitchen (I wanted coffee in the morning), but things were dirty and messy.
