Loved our stay
Beautiful hotel, with great staff. We spent two night Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was beautiful decorated. On Christmas morning there were families taking turns exchanging gifts under the beautiful Christmas tree. We had a Mountain View room. I’ve asked for fluffier pillows on the second night and it was dreamy. The blackout in the window really works and we would not see any light until we would open the shades in the morning. Really enjoyed it.

Great location
Great location was near the attractions I went to visit. It was a short drive to Garden of the Gods, 7 falls and Pikes Peak. Friendly staff and very clean. Felt safe and had a good view of Colorado Springs. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The ladies I interacted with at the front desk were exceptional!!! I have NEVER had such a great experience checking in. Shout out to the 4 I met while there!! You guys are lucky to have them!
