Unfortunate
We arrived in the evening (8pm) and had to wait awhile because the room assigned to us was listed as ‘dirty’. They then assigned a different room in the adjacent building…with a patched up tub that had a leaky faucet. The maximum room temp was 71, but the room was drafty so it was cold. There was a tissue box but it was empty. The coffee cups were styrofoam. The remote to the TV wouldn’t turn on the TV, you had to use the side button. I have never had a problem with this hotel beforehand. I have always used it for my Disney adventure stays and always enjoyed my stay. I’m hoping this was a one time fluke due to the busy season.

Comfortable for our family
We took our family here to stay for two nights while we went to Disneyland. The shuttle service was great to have, they ran every 30 minutes. The food was delicious in the bistro and the drinks were good too(which was much needed after a long day at the park). The room we had was the unicorn junior suit and it comfortably fit everyone (family of 6). The beds were a little hard, but they did the job.

Ok stay, needs renovation
The hotel is ok but in need of renovation. Our room in the garden tower was dirty the bathroom floor behind the toilet was super dusty and had hair everywhere like not mopped and dusted properly but other then that ok. The hotel lobby was very nice and festive and the free trolly was great. Overall good for the price. Will maybe stay again.

Disappointing experience with staff and hotel
Upon arriving at the hotel, I immediately noticed that a front desk agent was in an argument with a customer, which created an awkward atmosphere. We arrived early, so our room wasn't ready yet. We checked in our luggage and were informed that we would be notified later when the room became available. We then headed off to Disneyland. When we returned to the hotel at midnight, the front desk provided me with my key and a map, but there was no receipt or review of our reservation. Upon entering our room, we discovered that it had only one bed, despite my reservation being for a Deluxe room with two queen beds. I went back to the front desk and said, “Hi, you gave us the wrong room.” The agent replied, “I didn’t give you the wrong room. I gave you what was in the computer. That’s your fault for using a third party to reserve your room.” I chose to ignore his remark, and he proceeded to offer us the only available room. He mentioned that we could switch rooms in the morning, but we were planning to leave at 7 AM and wouldn’t return until midnight. The front desk staff was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. Since I work in customer service, I had to use my experience to calm him down to avoid escalating the situation. Additionally, the room had a musty odor, and when we turned on the shower, the pipes made horrible noises. I tried to call the front desk from the room, but the phone cord came loose and I was disconnected. I was very disappointed with the experience, and now

A magical place to stay
Its always so magical to stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the shuttle services are great. You can see the fireworks from outside the hotel, no need to stay late at the park if you have little ones.
