This is our fourth stay and love it every time! The outside fire pits and dining area are wonderful and inviting. The room is always clean and beds are so comfortable! Very dog friendly which is a plus. Only thing I wish was different would be the cost of parking. 45.00 a night seems high and there is no other option as very limited street parking.

Perfectly situated on the beach, easy to walk the boardwalk to pier or downtown for shopping. Staff was extremely friendly and also all very attractive. Just beautiful people everywhere. I personally would have enjoyed lively music at the pool during the day, as it was extremely quiet. Drinks and food from the hotels restaurant “Pequin” was excellent. Bad way to start a beach getaway
Nice place, but woke up to cigarette smoke both mornings (neighbor smoking on his deck). Been coming to Pismo Beach for 30 + years and never paid for hotel parking (two nights valet parking $160.00). Better options out there, won’t be coming back to Vespera Resort.

While this property is beautiful and the rooms are nice, they allow non-registered hotel guests to use amenities for free. We were unable to get a table by a fire pit during our entire stay. People who live blocks away fill the tables all day long. For the price they charge, you would think registered guests would be a higher priority. The price for valet parking is outrageous too.

Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, they seem to be under staffed, during our stay. There was miscommunication during our check-in and I have never seen so many guest asleep in the lobby waiting for a room. Dogs barking, kids crying, and their food was not good. Due to this experience we missed our reservation which then had a ripple effect on other plans. I believe it is over priced. BTW, pool has very limited seating.We did received great service from the manager Devon, who was empathetic and kind in trying to help the situation.
