the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate English speakers. A very small Japanese continental breakfast was included for free which was nice. The onsen was very relaxing. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. The room was a bit dated and beds were pretty hard which is typical for Japan.

Very relaxing, accommodating staff
We loved our stay at the Spatio. We booked the traditional Japanese room which was very spacious and had a large living area that could be divided into a sleeping and living area. The room didn't have a shower, but there is an onsen on the first floor where you can shower.

自然に囲まれた場所 併設されている道の駅、延命の湯など楽しめました。施設内の中華レストランもリーズナブルな価格ながら美味しく頂けました。 延命の湯の露天は熱くて気持ちよかったです。内風呂も源泉掛け流しでいいお湯でした。スタッフ野ホスピタリティもとても良いと思います。

スパティオ周辺
ファミリーが少ない時期で、一人旅の方が多く混んでなく、気温も良く、でも紅葉は10月後半との事、後やはり雨になり残念、スパティオ周辺は色々あるので、今回は歩き回りました。車道から奥に入り、馬術競技場周りの森を歩けて良かったです。熊はいないし栗と松ぼっくりをたくさん拾って馬を沢山見ました。乗ったし。あと温泉も空いているし。部屋は天井高く広く、窓の外は庭木が生い茂り。10／13がホースショーとの事、この頃が良かったかも。紅葉始まりかもで。

定宿のホテルが改装中のため初めて利用しました。 飲食宿泊業の基本であるクリンリネスは徹底されていて、しっかり管理されていると思います。また足が大きい人向けに特大スリッパが用意されている点は気配りを感じました。 しかし、前日に泊まった全国チェーンのビジネスホテルと比べてもガッカリする点が多くて、総合評価としては低くなりました。 ガッカリポイントは以下の通りです。 ・夕方６時過ぎのチェックイン時、受付には専任担当者が不在で、受付にあるベルを鳴らすと、事務室から事務担当思しき男性が現れてチェックイン対応 ・歯みがき用カップが紙コップ ・自宅なら間違いなく追い焚きボタンを押しているだろうと思われる、宿泊者専用浴場のお湯のぬるさ ・20年以上昔に建てられた為か部屋のコンセントが少ない。 ・喫煙スペースが館外（通常は館内に専用の喫煙スペースを設置） ・ビジホですら朝食バイキングが珍しくない今では希少なオマケレベルのプリセット朝食。 随所に人手不足とコスト削減が見え隠れして、会社の宿泊者軽視が感じられました。クリンリネスがしっかりしているので☆３つにしましたが、コスパの観点だと☆１つです。このホテルが建てられた当時は近隣にこのようなシティホテルタイプの宿泊施設は殆どなく、それなりに価値もあったのかもしれませんが、今となっては宿泊施設としての相対的バリューは大きく下がっていると思わざるを得ません。仮に料金が半額でもここはパスだな、というのが実感です。
