Not sure what the "3 Br Condo" means in the title of it.
Booking was handled through Red Awning so I don't know if they didn't have the original 3 bedroom available I had booked so they stuck me in a studio? Not cool.
The condo is at River Mountain Lodge which is the perfect location a block away from downtown and just crossing 1 street and a parking lot to the gondola. River Mountain Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Breck, just avoid this...

The check-in process was a little difficult through expedia since the unit we rented was not technically owned by the lodge, so everything needed to be done in person about a 10 minute walk away.
