I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM, expecting to check in smoothly. However, there was no one at the front desk to assist me. I was instructed to call a phone number for assistance, and I spent a considerable amount of time on the call, being told that someone would be sent to help me check in. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived, and I was left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time.
Due to this lack of service, I had no choice but to find another hotel for the night. This situation caused me significant inconvenience and distress, especially as I was traveling and needed to rest. I find it unacceptable that there was no staff available to attend to guests at such a late hour and that the alternative assistance provided was ineffective.
