Overall very positive experience. We arrived early morning and the staff allowed us to have breakfast there in exchange for our early morning departure breakfast which we would have missed. The staff was helpful with recommendations, the installation was clean, and the proximity was unmatched. An overall good experience!

O hotel é muito bom, bom café, quartos limpos. Os únicos detalhes seriam que o box do banheiro é com cortina e no atendimento mesmo um homem ali parado vendo duas mulheres carregarem malas até o carro, ninguém irá mexer um dedo para ajudar.

O atendimento não foi de acordo, pois como sempre me hospedo neste hotel, fiz como sempre fiz. O detalhe, é que sempre coloquei meu carro na garagem para carregar, pois eles possuem carregador para carro elétrico, e nunca foi cobrado pelo carregamento. para minha surpresa, pois não fui avisado, na hora do check out, me cobraram um valor em torno de 20 dolares, pois coloquei duas vezes para carregar, sendo que na segunda vez, acredito que não foi gasto um kw/hora, e a menina, foi irreversível, que teria que cobrar, argumentei que foram quinze minutos para completar a carga, pois iria viajar, não houve compreensão. Empresa que muda seus procedimentos, deve comunicar, no primeiro contato com o cliente, as mudanças.
