El hotel está en un área muy conveniente, a 5- 10 mins del centro de la ciudad y se puede ir caminando. La habitación tenía los servicios básicos, limpia y en condiciones promedio. Sin embargo cuando llegamos (a las 12pm aprox), el lobby estaba muy sucio, como la hora del check-in es a las 2pm, usamos el baño del lobby pero estaba más sucio aun: el bote de basura desbordaba de papeles, el piso lleno de agua sucia e incluso con mal olor. Nos servimos un café del que tenían disponible en el area de entrada y la azucarera estaba sucia de varios días. La actitud del personal de la recepción también podría mejorar, eran demasiado cortantes e incluso a mi esposo no le regresaron el saludo como hasta la 3ra vez que les habló El personal de la recepción
