The employee at check-in was not very knowledgeable in regard to checking in going through Hotels.com. He stated it was complicated, so it took a little longer than I had anticipated. We have not ever had an issue checking in by using Hotels.com. We were looking forward to using the hot tub. However, it was not working. That was partly why we chose the hotel. We also chose the hotel because of the reviews, the experience we had did not coincide with the reviews that we read, unfortunately! We did ask for a late check out, that they did grant us, however the fire alarm, which was next our room was triggered twice!! They said it was pulled accidentally! So we ended up leaving close to the checkout time anyway. The experience we had was far from great. We will not be returning to this hotel. We were very disappointed as we look at the reviews, and make a decision on where to stay. P.S. the breakfast was mediocre.
