Sad that I was not allowed to use my Silver member benefit as offered in my reservation: "Congratulations! As a Silver member, you get access to extra benefits when you book a VIP Access accommodation. Your exclusive Silver benefits: 20% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages (once per stay)" The restaurant was closed the night I arrived and the hotel did not allowed me to use in the morning paying an additional breakfast service.

Fick inte rumskategorin jag bokat (något större, utsikt mot sjön), utan ett litet med utsikt mot grannfastighet (=full insyn från). I badrummets soptunna låg använda tops och annat skräp. TV-fjärrkontrollen var grisig och det var omöjligt att byta från hotellinfo till TV (jag känner till just den kontrollen och TVn sedan tidigare). Rummet var extremt trångt. Till och med värre än Ibis nära tågstationen i Nice. Pga insynen valde jag att ha gardinen nere hela tiden, dvs inget dagsljus eller ljuvligt junikvällsljus. Väldigt anonyma (alltför dolda) eluttag vid sängen. Sängen var himmelskt skön. Frukosten var mediåker, likaså frukostpersonalen som var sen på att se till att det fanns t ex ost och andra pålägg, bröd, juiceshots, overnights, pannkakor... juice mm var väl dold långt in i restaurangdelen. Restaurangen/frukosten ligger direkt i Lobbyn. Baren och delar av frukosten ÄR receptionen. Sammanfattning: vill man sova i en gudomlig (!!) säng är det rätt ställe. Annars är Scandic och Best Western generellt sett bättre på allt, Profil Hotel (Jönköping) MYCKET bättre på frukost och First Hotel mer prisvärt (sova skönt och bra frukost).
