Perfect for a solo traveller!
Lovely staff, easy check in and check out. Very good location for easy trams towards the city centre and away to Media City. The room did what it needed to do and is perfect for a solo traveller, it's like a nicer version of university halls. Very quiet and has Tesco, McDonald's and Starbucks within a 5 minuet walk.

The hotel is good, great price if you book early, very good location, comfortable bed, hot shower, some of the rooms have good views, there is a payable parking at the hotel, you can use microwave if you need it, overall the hotel is good, not bad at all, it’s not my first time and I would stay again here

Avoid at all costs
This hotel was disgusting, the room was tiny, covered in dust and looked like it had never seen a hoover in its life, the bathroom looked like it got cleaned with baby wipes and had no toilet roll, I would avoid at all costs, we didn’t even stay the night just decided to go home instead.

Booked 2 double rooms (wihout bunk bed above) as displayed on web site, and specified, no bunk beds above double beds, in requiements section. When arrived was told only rooms with bunk beds were available. Was not told this, when booking confirmed, by email.
