Convenient and clean. Good value for money.
Hotel check in is efficient. Staff are helpful. Room and toilet are clean. Amenities provided at counter. Water kettle in room. Hotel location is superb- just 1 min walk from Nagano station connected at level 2F ( Zenkoji exit) by a link way to the building where hotel Sotetsu Fresa is. Lots of restaurants at mall at the station and around the hotel.

Perfect for a weekend in the Japanese Countryside
The hotel was a perfect business hotel tucked away on the 5th floor. It wasn't hard to find and the staff was amazing. I enjoyed the room and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It took some time to adjust to the weather in the summer, but the hotel staff warned us and even offered free rental umbrellas. I enjoyed the community and area.

Stayed for 5 nights twin room. It’s just 2-3 minutes walk from train station. The hotel entrance is just next to Lawson. Reception is on 5th floor. Check in and out by self service machine so it’s superb convenient. Room is quite big by Japan standard. There’s a chair and small table near the window. Another smaller chair Bathroom is big enough for 2 to step in and brush teeth together! PJ/loungewear is provided as well.
