Had to call before check in and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Never came back on the phone. When we got there they acted like it was my fault. Then said they don’t want people to do room service even though it is listed as an amenity. We came down to eat and the food was fine. In the room the tv remote didn’t work so I called down to ask for a new one. They hung up on me and never brought it. And I was very polite about all these issues so there was no reason to not be helpful. In the morning the lady called before checkout time and said we had a high balance and needed to pay now. It was only the bill from dinner which was less than $100. Of course we paid it at checkout. Just wouldn’t stay there again. Do not recommend

The best staff ever! Every single staff member I encountered were super friendly and helpful, even just in passing every single staff member asked if everything was good with my stay from the front desk at check in til my last elevator ride for check out. Great hospitality! I WILL absolutely return here on my next stay in Charlotte. Oh yeah. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained of course. But the people made it top notch. Great job!
