I was told when i went there i was booking for a standard room n i asked if it included breakfast the guy said yes. That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. We asked for standard room n i booked that but some how the guy gave us a suite i didn't know there was nothing special about it to tell. They started harassing me about Expedia and that i didnt pay the bill. I had to contact Expedia. Remind you if they were having issues they could of contacted Expedia but instead harassed my guest then me about money. Then we had wifi issues for a week we told them it took them that long before moving us. The other room the tubbed leaked n had to be fixed. They said the pool would be ready in a few days n we where there 12 n never got to swim. Ill never stay there again. Only 2 people where understanding n nice the others didnt understanding how Expedia worked or cared how they acted n yelled. I was completely stressed out.
