To be a very good review hotel and very luxurious leaves much to be desired about cleaning and maintenance of its rooms (23-703) was mold on the shower, We couldn't use it. Any way the receptionist on checking in was very sarcastic and poorly educated, should be nice and not make its guests feel bad, for not pronouncing my English well. She scares the guests with her irony. And a $50 voucher doesn't make up for how bad she made us feel, we're not kids who compensates us with a sweet, I'm so sorry it was very uncomfortable.
The rest of the hotel was exelent like the rest of the staff, they were very kind and always smiling.
