Great hotel bad Manager
The facility although under renovations, was great. The room outstanding. The service sucked.
On checkin, i was told that there was a $50 incidental. I was preplexed as i had called the hotel and was not made aware. I was making a suggestion that that info should be given up front. The, i guess, manager, cane out with a big attitude. She told me it was non-negotiable and they could cancel my reservation and i could go somewhere else. Only prayer kept me from retaliating!!! I told her i was not talking about the charge, just that people should know in advance. As i was standing there, another person came up and was shocked when they heard about the charge.
While the hotel was a 5 star, because of her attitude, i will never go back.
I was there to do a class for the police department, with students from different locations, i did tell them about the incident and recommended they not use the faculity.
