Hotel was very quiet and bed was just perfect comfort level. Was alittle disappointed the food pantry and beverage was not available. Pool was not available bcuz someone broke handicap chair and exposed the wires.

May choose another location
When we request for the house keeper to come in 10-15 mins to clean they never came back. We came back at the end of the day room was still messy, no new towels were provided. We went to get towels, toilet paper and only rcvd 2 rolls of toilet paper n 1 big towel due they were still being wash. Dry n Wash of the hotel was not working. One day we rcvd towels but the toilet, sink n tub was not wash. Sink n tub still had toothpaste on it and toilet had stains that was not wash off. Day time service front desk was friendly but not the nite shift. Not sure if I will stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was a good comb of meal but one day I went to enjoy n it didn’t have any napkins worker indicated supply was not filled.

DON’T STAY HERE
Second worse hotel stay in my entire life. This hotel should be classified as a motel 6/8 because it is definitely not a hotel. For $117/night disappointment is not the word. Family and I stayed here back in December and the stay wasn’t great. I decided to give this place another try since there aren’t that many hotels in copperas cove. The first time we stayed here the heater didn’t work in one of the rooms where my elderly mother was staying. We didn’t know the heater didn’t work until late evening when my mother tried to turn the heater on. Instead of getting someone to come fix the heater, they offered another room but mind you earlier in the day we had asked for extra blankets and I was told that they were booked to capacity and they couldn’t spare any but all of a sudden they had vacant rooms to offer. The second time stay was even worse. The room was filthy filthy filthy. My daughter took the blanket off the bed to sleep and what we found on the mattress was the nastiest thing I’ve seen in any hotel (look at pics). There are no phones in the room so you can’t call downstairs unless you use your personal phone(very weird for a “hotel”). Then the next day upon returning to the room, someone (guessing a maid) had came to the room and made one bed but no other beds were made which really appeared very suspicious to me because who does that. I called the front desk and of course they couldn’t explain it. l will NEVER EVER stay here again. This place is a disgusting mess.
