Over priced for the facility, but places like this can get away with that in Lake Tahoe.

Older property, mold in bathroom shower, carpet was old and felt dirty, out dated, the owner/manager was nice
We didn’t sleep in the room, we found another hotel.
It did have a very nice, large TV and a coffee maker … good location in Kings Beach area

This is an old, run down motel in a lovely area. Beds were fine. It was quiet. We could walk to food and to the lake. For the price, it was fine.

Very rundown, dirty, no amenities. Pillows were flat as a board.
Only redeeming feature was that it was inexpensive.

It is decent for the price. Beds are not very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. No AC so summer is a bit rough.

Great location in North Shore. Staff is fantastic and goes out of their way to help guests in every way. Nice centrally located simple motel room in a busy area. Parking situation was a bit rough though.

Made a point to return here with my mom and little doggie. Loved our room and happy to have a little grass area for Pepper the dog 🐕 also So nice to see Neil again and enjoyed our conversation. He’s always there for any questions and very helpful. Quiet and convenient and an enjoyable walk to Kings beach in the early morning. Thanks again Neil, we will see you soon. 😀
