When we got into our room, we turned the TV on and saw that it was shattered. I went down and told the receptionist. He informed me that he would need to do some investigation into what happened. He said that the cleaning staff didn't report it so it must have been us. He said "if after investigation we find out it was you, we will charge your card." I said that "it clearly was not us." We hadn't even been in our room 5 minutes. We asked if they could get us a new TV or room. He informed me that they were completely full and couldn't move us to another room. After a few minutes of talking back and forth, they offered us 2 free bottles of water and a bottle of Coca-Cola to "smooth" things over. We were exhausted from traveling all day, so we went up to our room and went to sleep. In the morning, we started really looking around our room. First, there was a used towel still hanging up in the bathroom. Second, someone else's cell phone charger. The bathroom was not clean. In the lobby, there were suckers on the floor., nothing had been swept and the seating area floor was sticky.
