from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th.
The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic.
However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff.
We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said they would process it soon and just made us wait.
We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away.
The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time.
I hope that he will be punished accordingly.
