8/10 Very good

Good stay

The experience was good. Great location since it is close to many things to see; Clift Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, etc.. Hotel was clean, friendly and easy to get to.

It was a nice place. Room didn’t have a microwave. Good location.
Diana, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Convenient, comfortable and affordable
Marian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Overpriced, but comfortable bed in good location

The room was good enough to sleep and wash comfortably. Dated but decent enough. After 3 weeks of traveling and staying in different hotels, i think this hotel was well over priced compared to the others. The breakfast was the bare minimum. I wouldnt necessarily recommend staying here, but if you need a shower and comfortable bed it suits that purpose and is close to all the local attractions
Michele, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We stay here every time we are in Manitou. We love it!
Holly, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Nothing special for this price. The price is base on two occupants, so expect additional fees if you have 4 people. We stayed there one night, 2 rooms. The offered breakfast... I will not call a breakfast. The staff was quite nice and patiently answering my questions.
Agata, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

front desk is very friendly. They have free breakfast. Love the people here.

room very clean staff friendly not enough trash can
Jdean, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice budget friendly for the area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic. Would have liked better room darkening from the curtains. Security lights outside the rooms cast lots of light around the curtains.
James, 1-night trip

Charge more

It was good except for check in when they tried changing me a 100 dollars more then what is was suppose to be!
Brian, 2-night trip

Basic, Modern, good condition

As far as a basic modern hotel in a good location, this hotel was just fine!
Allison, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The price was very fair. It is conveniently located. We had a pleasant experience.
Lavonna, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice clean spacious room. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink area. I would recommend this motor lodge to friends and would stay here again. This is a cute town definitely worth visiting when you are in the Pike’s Peak area.
Cheryl, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place to stay
Audrey, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Mediocre

Both front desk gals were not the more friendly .. not willing to go out of their way when we asked questions. They were annoyed each encounter and really seemed like they did not enjoy their jobs. Also, pool was freezing!
Joe, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really cool shops and an awesome breakfast spot and garden of the gods/pikes peak nearby.
Kristin, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We got locked out of our room and no one was available to let us back we had to wait for their “office” to open
Sandra, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

It’s quaint, quiet, calm, and comfy. It served its purpose. A bit olden style, but that’s okay.
Taylor, 1-night trip

Trip to see family

We were driving 10 hours from Utah to our hotel. The man at the front deck kindly called to check in on us and even offered to make arrangements for after hours check just in case we were running late. The bed was soft can comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and had towels available for us. They had a variety of breakfast options as well. They even offered a small map of the area witj coupons. The staff were the nicest hotel staff I've ever interacted with.
