Staff at the Kixby are very friendly and helpful. No matter how busy, they were quick to help with baggage, taxis, recommendations, etc. the rooms are conveniently set up, making the best of small rooms. If possible, ask for a room not facing 35th Street. We didn’t know to do that, and noise from the street is loud and nearly constant, late at night and very early in the morning. The hotel is well-situated to get to restaurants, Times Square, Empire State Building and other sites.
