Love, love, love this hotel. Was our second time staying here, both times in the Secret Garden room. Very spacious, comfortable bed, quiet room, fab separate living area. Kitchenette is a real bonus. Enjoyable luxury room in the heart of Chester

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Given a free upgrade to the spa room which was a nice treat, the room had high-quality furnishings and the spa shower was fun, could do with some instructions on how to use. A little noisy outside in the evening due to location but quiet enough at night. Overall an enjoyable experience
