Arrived at the hotel at 130pm, I was told check in is at 3pm but they will arrange a room at 2pm which never happened , finally got the key at 250pm, only 1 lift in this more than 12 floor hotel was operational for most of my stay, so you can expect long lift delays when it is busy , requested additional towels from housekeeping which never came, after 130 am the room phone would ring twice & cut off, I tried calling reception to find out what the problem was but it seem staff took the the night off, finally at 3am I had to put the phone off the hook, this hotel can now be classified as an ex 5 star hotel downgraded to a 3 star, staff are not professional either in customer services,
