Terrible, I was informed I had double booked somehow through Hotels.com. From there, a complete run around, couldn't cancel one because "policy" says must cancel within 24 hours. How is that possible when I made the reservations that morning? Hotels was no help either as they said work through the hotel. Basically told, "Oh well, You made the reservation." Was in town for a funeral, then had to leave from there to attend another funeral. Not empathy, no trying to make it right, no working with you, etc. Breakfast was a joke, no were to sit except inside the pool area. I've spent a lot of nights in less expensive hotels/motels that were less expensive, nicer facilities and way better breakfast offerings. would never stay again, would never come back. You folks are very heartless but do know how t squeeze every dollar possible out of a night's stay. What I wished I knew before ever considering your place. You managed to make a bad situation way worse. I didn't sleep well that night as a result of the customer service i DIDN'T receive, wondering how you manage to sleep at all with such things on your conscience.
