The hotel was clan and the staff was nice. I gave a 4 because of the guest that was next door. The kids ran up and down the hall all night, tv loud I honestly didn’t sleep well at all. Other than that everything was fine. Nice area to stay in.

Disappointed for the price that was charged
Didn’t receive a key to my room; due to the door locks were not working. Customer service had to come open the door every time I left my room; which invaded my privacy for me and my guess. No breakfast or attended to setup breakfast. Customer service tried to manage the desk and setup breakfast, which caused long lines and limited service and food. Bathroom door would not close. Again, no privacy when using the bathroom in private.

Lights did not work in room. Night darling shade fell down and there was no way to roll it up. They had it wedged in window seal so it would stay up. Bathroom was dirty furniture was nasty. Check-in staff and process were great. Breakfast setup and oversight was late and inattentive. Need some staff training on keeping coffee pots full and breakfast items supplied. After a 20 minute wait, we finally had to leave for the day without coffee.
