Phone in rooms don't work! I kept being told mine would be repaired but it wasn't. After three days of complaints and many assurances that it would be fixed, a manager finally admitted that it was a widespread and on-going problem in the building, having something to do with the company that provides their internet, and one that they were unable to do anything about! Of course, few people use hotel phones any more for outside calls, but it is important to be able to call the desk in case of emergency or for some other reason. Your customers should be aware of this problem before they book!
