Good stay.
Easy checkin, friendly staff. Room was small but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and bun with ham and cheese. Tasty.

Quiet, private, easy. We stayed for one night before we flew out to the Galápagos Islands and it was very convenient to the airport with a shuttle and amazing breakfast! Cozy beds and friendly staff.

Great option near the airport. Breakfast included and so is the airport shuttle, wish we had known the airport transfer was going to be in a local cab, it was the only thing that took us by surprise.

I would not recommend this place at all.
When we're doing the check in, the person at the front desk wanted to charge us more than what said on the reservation. On their screen there was a higher initial price but also discounts were listed and the final price matched the one on the reservation. So, they wanted to charge us the initial price saying that the higher price was because of the dinner. But after we showed them the discounts listed on their screen, then they charged us the right price. We are from Ecuador and we speak Spanish. With this experience, we wonder how they would treat foreigners who don't speak Spanish..

It is a small hotel in Tababela, close to the park. If you need to stay close to the airport for a night and don't want to go to one of the international hotels, find something at a fair price, it is an option.

There is only one staff member taking care of the property and a couple of time I had to keep looking for the person to assist. There is no local transportation other than taxis available and half of them didn’t know where the property was located

I like the menu options, the food was great for the portion and price. Just let them now what would you like to order with time ahead, so you don't have to wait to much.

I like free airport ride and nice hot showers. We arrived late and not many choices for food. Small breakfast included was good. Did not see much in the area to go to. Bed ok, I like softer ones.

The place was clean but the room was so small that there wasn’t room for our suitcase on the floor and still be able to walk around the bed. They solar heat the water. Hot shower is good during the day but at night it is like warm at best. We only stayed there one night to catch a flight the next day to Cuenca so not a big deal for us. No near by restaurants or anything else.

Would not recommend staying here unless you are a spanish speaker. Could not use a translator app because the wifi was down. The suite door did not lock with either of the room keys, the shower in one of the rooms did not drain.

I liked the free transport option from and to the airport, although we had to pay for a second taxi as we were 5 people with luggage. What I didn't like was that the restaurant was closed in the evening and we had to buy an expensive takeout pizza. Breakfast was included, but not available until 7am. We had to leave at 6 am to catch the flight to the Galapagos and had to eat at the airport. Also, I booked a family suite and it was given to someone else, forcing our family to stay in smsll, separate rooms far away from each other. We only stayed one night, but for these reasons we will not stay there again on our layover back to the US.

Well, I didn't stay at the property. There was no shuttle to meet my late flight, and the wifi was so spotty I could only stay connected to dash off a message as much to the host. I waited 40 min, then decided to take a taxi, but the drivers didn't know the address to get me there. I couldn't access Expedia to get the phone number for the taxi driver to call, so I left for the Wyndham. Not a good experience at all. Especially not at 11:30 pm, you know they said no check in after midnight.

Not a good choice
The hotel is located in a desolate area near airport. There is absolutely no stores, no restaurants, no movement or warm bodies walking around when we arrived around 11:00 pm. The hotel advertised that they offer free shuttle service to airport but that was false. We had to pay our own taxi rides from and back to airport. I booked 1 room with 2 beds. When I arrived they stuck us in one bed. The room was the size of a shoe box. I almost lacerated my head on a glass plate nailed to the wall as the remote control holder. The room was very very cold. No extra blankets.

My friend and I only stayed one night. Something about our room that didn't smell or feel right. It was very damp (maybe mold?) and moments after I entered the room I started getting congested probably it was an allergic reaction to something. Also, in our room there was a small window overlooking a court space and it only had a see through curtain which made us feel super uncomfortable and when our room lights were off, there was a light coming through that window all night long. The staff is super friendly but communicating in English can be challenging so we used a google translate. If you're looking for a place just for few hours or for one night max then might be okay but I don't recommend it for longer.
