Overall I would rate my stay a 6/10 and that score goes completely to the every staff member cleaning the hotel. My room was SPOTLESS and they were on it when it came to extra towels and necessities. I subtracted 4 points from my rating merely due to the staff at the front desk. They lacked professionalism and one got a little snarky with me. Additionally, I’m assuming due to the terrible area that the hotel is located in, they allow guest to use the bellman carts. There was only one or two bellman taking up luggage during my stay and about twenty bags ahead of mine!!

Pros: -The employees were all very friendly and helpful. -The bed was very comfortable Cons: -The reception area is at the edge of the casino floor which is noisy and smokey smelling. -There is no coffee maker in the room, so your only option for a morning cup is to get dressed and go down to the casino and pay $7 for a Starbucks -There is no microwave in the room, so forget about heating up leftovers. -There seems to be a faint smell of smoke everywhere, even in the non-smoking rooms. -Front doors are awkward, heavy and old
