"We were excited to be here as it was our first time to the area.

of 6 this place had a big enough room for all. Check in Friday go to arenacross race, wake up Saturday with no hot water. Call them maintenance guy goes yeah this room is getting fixed Monday. He made a temporary fix which helped but why would you rent this out. And there was no heat. All of us were cold. Don’t think I would stay here again. I feel like they could have prevented this but not renting it out. "

"We loved our room, 323. Our 5 year old had his own little corner cubby where the pull out was. He loved it and it was a lot easier to get him to sleep since he was in his own area. The only down fall, breakfast for anyone. 3 types of dry cereal and a waffle maker. Sweet rolls or kid yogurt would have been better, but we just went down the street for breakfast burritos "

"We enjoyed our time at this property. My children enjoyed the pool daily. I enjoyed breakfast options that were diabetic friendly. Easy access to Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins and Denver. Just wish trash and coffee were checked daily in the room."

"Check in was very friendly. Took a long time to check in. Elevator was very out dated , and dirty. I only had one soap for my hands by the sink and for the shower. Breakfast was ok. Morning mat was cold, coffee was not that good."

. The only thing missing was a dresser. i like to unpack into drawers and not feel like I'm living out of a suitcase.

"Hotel is pretty dated and in serious need of remodel. Some areas were cleaner than others, but the floors were particularly dirty, looking like they were not even vacuumed. Definitely a pet friendly hotel."
