The hotel was very good, infact great. Pros: 1. Hotel service was great. You can order food or any other service from the app they have provided. It was so convenient. 2. The price was cheaper than other similar hotels. Con: 1. Bathroom of the room had a window that opens up to the lobby which was very uncomfortable. there was no way to close the window. Ours was on 2nd floor so it was not that big an issue I would have worried more if it would have been on ground floor. 2. Restaurant services were poor. Pool bar was worst. They were probably understaffed. I had to ask for water 3 times in half an hour to get water. In other restaurants too the service was very slow.

Last minute booking when planner didn’t secure our hotel. Frantically the day before I went online found this Hilton and just hoped for the best. It was better than I expected. New clean and nice and helpful worker. I like that you can go to the hard rock right across bridge and walk the marina crossroad shops. Hope to visit again.

We change room & we got a beach villa. The room was very good. The service in all the resort was very poor. In the bar were 2 boys Heshan & Richard who were very good For sure it’s not the place that I’ll recommend or coming back

The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean. We are experienced travelers, this resort is far away from a 5 star resort. We stayed 5 days in a king Beach room and five days in water Villa. Both beautiful rooms with spectacular views. The staff was amazing and always willing to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast is the same every morning, the quality is not the best. The evening are dreadful, no initiatives no entertainment and nothing to do after dinner. All the restaurants were just ok nothing spectacular. A 10 ounce diet Coke will cost you almost $5 USD at the resort. If you walk to Abby a little shop at the Marina crossroad you can get the same for $1.50 USD. Everything was Just ok until the last day. The night before I asked for a late check-out because our flight was at 6:30pm. Initially they said no because they had already assigned the room to another guest. Fine.. no big deal. The next day they said I could stay for late check-out if I paid $150 ++ I politely declined, paid my balance and checked out at 12pm. My husband and I decided to walk around the crossroad marina we found a shaded breezy spot and stayed there for almost 4 hours killing time until it was time for our drop-off at the airport. We arrived at the embarking port and gave our room number an employee received a phone call stating that we had an outstanding balance. I assured him that it was a mistake and showed him my receipt of checkout and payment.

SAii Lagoon is an amazing hotel and I had a great time. The king sky room was very nice with great views of the ocean. The pool is exquisite and a great bar scene. The only negative aspect is many of the costs once you are there. The hotel advertises that an amenity is airport transfer, however, at check out you find out that it actually costs $147 round trip with taxes. This made little sense considering the previous day I took a $20 airport taxi from Maafushi Island with is 4-5x further from the airport. Also, the dinner at the hotel was extremely expensive given that it was a buffet. That said, all in all a good experience.

We enjoyed the overall layout and ability to walk everywhere but, other than the pool nothing was consistently open and available to the guests. Also, unrelated to the property when we checked it felt as though we were being held hostage. After paying our final invoice the staff at the front desk informed us there were extra charges they never brought up before including the water taxi transportation that was suppose to be free because we booked when there was a promo offer on Expedia.It left a horrible taste in my mouth after we had an enjoyable experience throughout our stay.

Excellent interiors with spacious rooms. Unforgettable experience and definitely a must to go suggestion for all. During my stay an event also was organized on Marina Crossroads which was also available for Saii Lagoon guests and was pleasure to be a part of it. Really appreciate it. The expectations were fully met and I was happy to choose Hilton at Maldives. Looking forward for more such pleasant stays in future.
