NEVER come to this hotel again
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service staff displayed a bad attitude, and I was assigned a room with excessive sunlight, making it uncomfortably hot. When I informed the reception, they refused to resolve the issue unless I paid extra to upgrade, even though I noticed other rooms were vacant (their open doors made it clear). This feels like a deliberate tactic to make guests pay more by assigning them poor-quality rooms initially.
The room itself was in terrible condition—far from clean, with a crumpled and untidy bedsheet, as shown in the attached photo. For a property listed as 2 stars but misleadingly advertised as 3 stars on Hotels.com, the quality and service were completely unacceptable. Considering the high price, I expected much better. This hotel is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced, and the rating needs to be adjusted to reflect the actual standards.
