The proximity, across the street from The Mercantile is fabulous. The 5th floor King Suite with kitchenette roomy, clean and comfortable. Sue was very welcoming.Sadly, construction surrounded us and closed several of the shops.

Beautiful!
The staff and room was AMAZING! Would definately stay at again and recommend to anyone visiting the area. The pictures are beautiful but the hotel and rooms in person are gorgeous. Pictures does not do this hotel justice. 100 🌟

Fabulous Hotel!!!!
Classy, remodeled, elegant old fashioned hotel! Entryway, stairs, Christmas tree was stunning. Room was more exquisite than we had read about or imagined. We were in rm 405. Huge room. Beautifully decorated. Old doors with old fashioned keys. View of the Mercantile across the street. Triangle building on a triangle block on Main Street. Our room was the top point of the triangle with windows on both sides. We could see north, east and west. Beautiful blackout curtains so we could sleep.

Really nice, boutique hotel in a great location for Pawhuska shopping and dining. Right across from the Mercantile and other shops. Interesting historic property with lots of character, updated with modern amenities.

Pawhuska, OK
We so enjoyed our trip to Pawhuska. The Frontier was a beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. The hotel is centrally located downtown and within walking distance to everything. There are 2 things I wish had been different: 1) have regular standard size pillows on the bed, not the 4 little cubes. 2) outlets near the bed. My husband wears a CPAP machine to sleep at night and we couldn't keep our phones close, they had to charge across the room. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!

My sisters and I were in town for the National Indian Taco Championship and stayed on the 3rd floor in the Pioneer room, #305. It was very spacious and comfortable but the highlight was the view. It was a wonderful 180 view. We were able to watch the whole festival from our room, which as a treat. I highly recommend this hotel and room.

Nice hotel close to The Pioneer Woman’s Mercantile
We were just in for a single night on our way from New Mexico to Arkansas on our ‘oldest beer in every state’ tour. We wanted to stay in Pawhuska because we’re fans of Ree Drummond and wanted to see The Merc. The Hotel was right across the street from the Mercantile so a perfect location. We checked in late but the staff was still amazing… very friendly, and were able to bring us a wine cork screw at a late hour. The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge, with a separate kitchen area and small dining area. I wish we didn’t have to leave so quickly!

The room was beautiful! The entire hotel was refurbished to its glory days- but only into a hotel, not an office building! So glad someone restored it! Such a unique building!! The original office doors are such a cool feature to each room. The pillows. Those gotta change. No one wants to use these tiny 12x12 square hard pillows, even if you are given 5 of them. If those were changed out, you’d have a 10 out of 10 from me!!

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants (especially if you’re interested in the pioneer woman businesses). Parking wasn’t as convenient, not a huge problem, however . The old building isn’t at all soundproof and the room was pretty bright at night. Bring a pair of ear plugs and a sleep mask. Over all, we enjoyed it, though.
