Super nice in the hotel and super friendly staff. However, some Chinese guests in the lobby were being very rude, loud and noisy. I was surprised that no staff went up and advise them to be quiet. Hope this can be improved so that other guests could have a comfortable experience as well.

The facilities at the hotel are excellent as is the service. The only disappointment was the Chinese Restaurant. The food was clearly below any acceptable standard. We tried close to a dozen dishes. Not a single dish was of acceptable quality. This chef clearly does not have the right touch. It is not surprising that in the middle of the tourist hight season we were the only guests in the restaurant,

Loved the room. Super lux and fancy with the view of the city. Service was stellar as the staff on call (via WA) was quick to meet out requests. Housekeeping was prompt and I think they cleaned up the room twice a day. Love the thoughtfulness and little surprises they left in the room (or sweets, handwritten notes and glass cleaners). Have stayed in various 5* hotels but the service here takes the cake
